Our activities are always fun and safe. But, we honor our father and mother by making sure their permission is granted. You can find permission forms for our activities and events here.
Everyone needs to make sure Tim has received an Activity Release Form from you. This covers all our regular Youth Ministry gatherings and meetings.

Youth Renew 2011
If you plan on attending the 2011 St Dominic Youth Renew retreat, make sure you contact us immediately. Plus, you must have a completed permission form specifically for the retreat.
